Emily

Emily is a Diploma-qualified Pilates instructor through Pilates ITC with a deep love for both classical and contemporary Pilates. She believes movement should feel good, not intimidating, and that Pilates has the power to support both your mental and physical wellbeing.

Her classes focus on moving mindfully, learning proper technique, and having fun along the way. Emily takes a gentle, non-judgmental approach, meeting everyone exactly where they are. Whether you’re brand new or have been practising for years, she’ll help you feel supported, seen, and confident on the mat.

Outside the studio, Emily is a mum of three who also enjoys spending time horse riding and being outdoors.

Jess

Jess’s love for Pilates began with a curiosity about how the body moves and the desire to create strength and balance for herself. That passion quickly grew into a commitment to deepen her knowledge and help others feel empowered in their own bodies. She’s currently expanding her expertise through Reformer training and working toward completing her Pilates Diploma, which will include comprehensive studio knowledge. Her ultimate goal is to develop a strong understanding of all body types, with a particular focus on supporting pre- and post-natal clients.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll most likely find her exploring new cafés or enjoying a great meal—food is truly her love language! She believes that movement and nourishment go hand in hand, and she brings that same sense of joy and connection into her classes.

Her teaching style is approachable, supportive, and designed to help clients feel confident while building strength and mobility at their own pace. Everyone is on their own journey, so it is important to her to encourage a positive and open environment for all clients

Nat

As a fitness professional and mum of four, becoming a Pilates instructor was a natural progression for Nat. It has been one of the best things she has done, as it is fundamental to her daily wellbeing and confidence. Even more importantly, it supports her running success, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. The best part about Pilates classes, she says, is the community and connection - sharing a space where everyone can be both vulnerable and strong together.

Anna

Anna fell in love with practicing Pilates as it’s the only time where she feels fully present and connected to her body.

After struggling with back issues, she reached a point where she no longer wanted to let pain dictate her life, and Pilates became a turning point for her. After years of practicing, she wanted to understand it more deeply and was inspired to share that experience with others. Her aim is to help others feel more connected to their bodies through mindful and intentional movement.

Outside the studio, Anna’s all about slow mornings, hanging with her dog, a cosy cup of tea and never saying no to chocolate.

Alyce

Alyce is certified in Matwork and Studio/Rehab Pilates through Polestar Pilates.

Alyce has extensive experience teaching Mat, Reformer, and Studio sessions with clients of all different abilities. With experience working with diverse clientele in private, semi-private, and group settings, Alyce is committed to ongoing professional development.

She plans to complete her yoga teacher training, upgrade to a full diploma, and pursue further studies in health sciences at university.

Alyce is passionate about helping individuals feel their best through Pilates and is dedicated to showcasing the accessibility and benefits of this practice for everyone.

Megan

Megan began her Pilates journey four years ago after deciding to make a career change from the fitness industry. Before that, she actually had no Pilates experience, but was inspired to explore it after a family member working in the medical field mentioned they believed Pilates would become the next big thing in health and wellness, and they were right.

Since then, Megan has taught across a range of studios around Perth and co-hosted international Pilates retreats. She has worked with clients managing chronic instability and rehabilitation, mums during and after pregnancy, and those looking to build strength, mobility, and body awareness. She also loves working with clients who enjoy the classical side of Pilates and want to deepen their understanding of traditional sequences.
