How It Works

Purchase your Winter Reset package online and enjoy a little flexibility to begin when you’re ready.

Before starting your classes, we’ll organise your private 1:1 30-minute welcome session at a time that suits both you and your instructor. During this relaxed session, we’ll introduce you to the Reformer, chat through any injuries, concerns or goals, and help you feel comfortable before joining group classes.

Once you’ve booked your first class, your 6-week Winter Reset period will begin. You’ll then have access to 8 small-group classes across our group class timetable.

Complete your Winter Reset, and if you choose to continue onto membership within 7 days of finishing your classes, we’ll gift you your first week free 🤍

The Pilates Loft is my favourite studio! The sessions are challenging enough to feel like you’re progressing, but still super approachable, which has been great for me as I'm building my strength.
